Police cut Muslim Uyghur women’s dresses for being ‘too long’

China has added another incident of discrimination to its long list of atrocities against the Uyghur minority in East Turkestan, which has led to the region being deemed as a “police state.”

Police in Eastern Turkistan cut the dresses of Muslim Uyghur women in the middle of the street with the justification that their frocks were “too long,” according to the Documenting Oppression Against Muslims (DOAM) organisation.

This is on top of making the Muslims eat pork, banning them from fasting in Ramadan, forcing them to declare their wealth comes from China not Allah, making the young not wear hijab or keep the beard, forcing them to sell alcohol and much more of similar oppression and mental torture.

China’s Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region — home to many ethnic minority groups, including Uyghur Turks – is predominantly known as East Turkestan in Turkey.

Uyghurs are a Turkic ethnic minority who live in East and Central Asia.

The East Turkestan area was forcefully occupied by China and so it wants to impose it’s own culture on the people by making them leave all principles of Islam and their own culture.
